Version 1.0.19October 11, 2026

  • Tags in the add and edit form: tap For Sale, Keeper, Inheritance, Gift or Favorite, or add your own custom tags. When For Sale is on, you can enter an Asking Price, a Lowest Price and Sale Notes. They match the CSV columns, so imports and exports line up.
  • Ammo cost: give any ammo stock a cost per box and/or per round, and ArmsFolio works out the per-round cost. New range trips fill in that cost for you, and Total Spending now counts the ammo you still have on hand, without counting rounds you already shot twice.
  • Vault+ Devices: see every device signed in to your Vault+ account, with its label, platform and when it last synced, and sign out any of them, like a lost phone. The server only knows those labels and times, never your vault.
  • Encrypt Your Vault is now an optional step in the first-run tour.

Improved

  • Clearer wording: the app no longer says your data is encrypted unless Vault Security is turned on, because on-device encryption is opt-in.
  • Shorter affiliate note: everywhere it appears, it now reads "Some links are affiliates."
  • Android 15: edge-to-edge display fixes for the latest Android versions.

  • Deals for your gun: the bottom of each gun's page now shows up to five current deals picked for that gun, such as ammo in its caliber, magazines, holsters or optics, slings and cleaning kits. Only the brand, model, caliber and type are used to find them. Your serial numbers and other details stay private. Some links are affiliates.
  • Join Gun Owners of America: a new card at the bottom of Memberships. Some links are affiliates.

  • New Range Roulette sounds: a soft dial-detent tick while spinning and a gentle two-note chime on the reveal.

  • Range Roulette, now with a safe dial: pressing Spin cracks a combination safe, cycling through your guns before the handle clunks open and reveals your pick. It has dial-click sounds you can mute, and a gentle fade if your device prefers reduced motion.
  • A tidier Tools menu: tools are grouped into Inventory, Range, Labels & Scanning, Reports & Reminders, and Vault & Account, with a search box and Vault+ at the top.
  • Settings: theme, Reloading on/off and the spending pop-up reset now live on one Settings screen.

  • Reloading Inventory: An optional feature you can turn on in Tools. Track bullets, primers, powder and brass with quantities and costs, and get low-stock badges and reminders.
  • Load Recipes: Save your recipes (bullet, powder charge, primer, brass, COAL and CBTO) and see the cost per round.
  • Loaded Rounds: Log a batch to deduct the components you used and add the finished rounds to your Ammo inventory.
  • Batch history: See every batch you've loaded. Edit a batch, or delete it and choose which components go back on the shelf.
  • Total Spending: Now includes your reloading components, without counting handloads twice.

  • Membership levels: For rights organizations, record your level: Annual, Multi-Year, Life, Endowment, Patron, Benefactor, or Other.
  • Competitor details: Save your competitor number, one or more divisions and classifications (with suggestions for each organization), and season or ranking notes.

  • Smarter range trips: Search and filter your firearms when logging a trip, pick several at once, and add rounds with quick +50, +100, +200, and +Box buttons.
  • Trip costs: Optionally track ammo cost per round, range fees, and other costs, and see each trip's total.
  • Total Spending report: See what you've spent on firearms, optics, accessories, maintenance, memberships, and range trips, with a category breakdown and an itemized list. It asks first: Do you REALLY want to know?

  • Rounds by Cartridge: A new Analytics card showing rounds fired per caliber, this year or all time.

  • On a firearm's page, Notes now come first, followed by Round Count and Maintenance History.
  • Log Range Trip and Mark as Cleaned now sit side by side on phones.
  • Range Rounds in Analytics now shows each firearm's caliber.

  • Range Log: Record range trips with date, location, and notes. Log one or more firearms per trip with rounds fired, malfunctions, and the ammo you used. Start a trip from Tools or right from a firearm's page.
  • Round Counts: See a lifetime round count for each firearm, including an optional starting count for guns you owned before ArmsFolio. Sort your vault by Most Shot.
  • Cleaning Reminders: Get reminded to clean a firearm every so many rounds, every so many days, or both. Tap Mark as Cleaned to reset the counter and keep a cleaning history. Firearms that are due show a Cleaning Due badge.
  • Range Rounds in Analytics: See rounds fired this year and your most-shot firearms.
